What do you wish to energise and call forward? \nThe day will include circle work\, creative processes\, journalling\, gentle exercises\, breath work\, meditations all to inspire you and open you to a deeper connection to your inner knowing. \nWe will create individual Rose grids to activate with words and images. \nThis is small group work.
