Lavandin is the original Provence Lavender
Lavandin has a higher camphor than Lavender so is a stronger decongestant and insect repellent but has a more uplifting effect than Lavender’s more sleepy effect. There’s a lot of crossover with their other properties too

Lavandin Oil (also known as Lavandula Hybrida Oil) is distilled from our Grosso and Phenomonal lavenders (Lavandula X Intermedia).
This is the signature oil of Provence, being the most widely produced oil of the area.
As with our other lavender oils, we harvest all our lavender by hand and then distill the oil in our traditional copper still using steam distillation. This method is widely considered to produce to the best quality of essential oil.
