‘The Women came… they gathered around the Sacred Well. They had responded to a call, each one following a knowing deep within. They had made their way to the mystical land of ancient Avalon. She had called them in dreamtime, inviting them to awaken, to partake in a blessing that they knew would only reveal itself in the fullness of time… when they would once again be called to remember Her and the message of the Rose’.
We had such a powerful weekend Rose Retreat for women at the Chalice Well in Glastonbury in April. I felt so blessed to share the journey of unfolding with such a wonderful group of Rose Goddesses.
The focus for the weekend was in exploring our own sovereignty… that inner place of Queen, and how from our Soul and genetic lineage and experiences we relate to aspects of our inner Mother and Lover, Amazon/Feminine Warrior and Medial/Sorceress/Wise Woman.
We laughed and we shared stories, we connected and worked with the Goddess energies of the Red Spring and The White Spring and sounded in circle in The White Spring, which was just beautiful. We gathered the water and charged it with the pure intention of unconditional Self Love that we could come ever deeper into the truth of ourselves as Love.
We walked to the Tor and again sounded in circle within St Michaels Tower. Weaving the Masculine and the Feminine energies within each of us to further assist us in our journey to true expression.
It was a gorgeous weekend… If you feel drawn to join us I am putting dates together for the next Retreats in this beautiful place. They will be on the website soon.
